We offer an Action-Based Guarantee. If you complete all 30 days of the challenge, perform the daily dares, post them publicly, and genuinely feel you received zero value, you can request a full refund within 7 days after completing Day 30. Refund requests must be accompanied by proof of completed public posts. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or simple inactivity.

5. Intellectual Property

All code, designs, video lessons, written templates, and proprietary layout tools in The Dare Playbook are owned by Elchin Kerry. Your purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable, revocable license to access the content for personal development. Redistribution, sharing, or copying of materials is strictly prohibited.

The training and logs are provided "as is" without warranties. Speaking on camera is a personal endeavor; we do not guarantee specific audience growth, viral results, or income streams from completing the playbook.
